Tbe plaintiff brings action against tbe defendant on a complaint setting forth three causes of action. For her first cause of action tbe plaintiff, after stating tbe corporate existence of tbe defendant, alleges, among other things; that on tbe 25th day of February 1926, Sigurd A.
