Pursuant to granted applications for interlocutory appeal, the Bank of North Georgia (“BNG”), appeals from orders of the State Court of Douglas County which, in two separate but related actions for reimbursement on letters of credit and personal guaranties, denied the bank’s motions for summary judgment. The defendants in *34those suits, Windermere Development, Inc., Simon Road Development, Inc., and guarantors Robert G. Vansant and Robert C.
