The plaintiff owns and operates a retail liquor store, sometimes called a package store, at 209 Bayview Avenue, Inwood, Nassau County, New York. The defendant is a labor union, an affiliate of the AFL-CIO known as the Wine & Liquor S'.ore Employees Union, Local 122. The union for some time prior to the institution of this suit was engaged in organizing the retail liquor stores on Long Island.
