Pro se Plaintiff, Carl E. Harmon, brings this case alleging that Defendant, Sprint United Management Corporation, discriminated against him because of his disability and failed to reasonably accommodate him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.
