Defendant was convicted of third-degree sexual abuse. He appeals from a judgment sentencing him to 30 days in jail and five years’ probation, arguing that the trial court erred in denying his motion to transfer his case to juvenile court for final disposition. We affirm.

After defendant was 18 years old, he was charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. The sexual abuse allegedly occurred when he was 17 years old.
