—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Frank Torres, J.), rendered March 6, 1991, which convicted defendant, after a jury trial, of reckless endangerment in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentenced him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 3 Vi to 7 years, 7 to 14 years, and 3 Vi to 7 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
