—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Budd Goodman, J.), rendered December 19, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of attempted murder in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, and criminal trespass in the first degree and imposing prison terms of 6 to 18 years (twice), 10 to 20 years, and 1 to 3 years to be served concurrently and a term of 1 to 3 years to run consecutively to the first four counts, unanimously affirmed.
