Plaintiffs Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”), Restaurant Opportunities Centers United, Inc. (“ROC United”), Jill Phaneuf, and Eric Goode (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), bring this suit against Defendant Donald J. Trump, in his official capacity as President of the United States.
