HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.

The only issue in this appeal is whether a conviction under Indiana’s robbery statute, Indiana Code § 35-42-5-1, includes as an element “the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against the person of another” such that it qualifies as a violent felony under the elements, clause of the definition in the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(2)(B)©.
