MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ASPEN, Chief Judge:
Plaintiff Industrial Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (“ISC”) brings this six-count complaint against defendants Cummins Engine Company, Fleetguard Inc., Doug Hudgens and Jerry Joyner. Defendants have moved to strike the complaint for failure to comply with the requirements of Fed.R.Civ.P. 8. In addition, defendants have also moved to dismiss Counts I, II, IV, V and VI, arguing that plaintiff has failed to state claims in these counts upon which relief can be granted.
