This is an appeal from a judgment confirming an arbitration award in favor of appellees Retha Owens, Barbara Towery, Edmund Cross, Evelyn Cross, Hoyt Wilkerson, and Helen Wilkerson. Appellant Thomas James Associates, Inc. (“Thomas James”), which sought to have the award vacated, raises six points of error. It contends that because one of the arbitrators failed to disclose information that allegedly raised questions about his partiality, the trial court erred in confirming the arbitration award.
