MEMORANDUM OPINION

PRENTICE H. MARSHALL, District Judge.

In this criminal case, defendants are charged in a multi-count indictment with crimes including conspiracy to bribe a United States Senator in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 201(b)(1) and 371 (1976). That fact would pique the public’s interest.
