The plaintiff, Martin Malinou, ostensibly acting as successor executor for the wills of two former clients, is appealing from the Superior Court's judgment dismissing his probate court appeals for his failure to comply with several court orders. This case came before the Supreme Court pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
