MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTER E. HOFFMAN, Senior District Judge.

Sovran Bank, N.A. (“Sovran”), appeals from the Bankruptcy Court’s order dismiss ing its complaint and holding the $35,681.81 debt of Raymond L. and Elaine M. Allen (“debtors” or “the Allens”) dischargeable within the terms of 11 U.S.C. section 523(a)(2)(B). The Bankruptcy Court’s opinion rested on its finding that Sovran did not reasonably rely on the Allens’ concededly false financial statement. For the reasons stated below, the decision of the Bankruptcy Court is reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
