The petitioner, Timothy Carnahan, appeals a decision of the New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board (board) regarding the determination of his average weekly wage for the purpose of calculating workers’ compensation benefits. We affirm.
Carnahan was a self-employed cross-country truck driver and mover. He worked as an independent contractor for the McLaughlin Transportation Company (McLaughlin), paying all of his own expenses.
