FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding is before the Court upon a Complaint to avoid a post-petition transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 549, and to recover the value of the property transferred pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 550. The plaintiff seeks in the alternative to (1) avoid the transfer as a fraudulent transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 544 and Fla. Stat. § 726; or (2) assert a quantum meruit claim for the recovery of the value of the defendant’s services rendered prepetition.
