This matter came before the court for the trial of a Complaint filed by Gary A. Rosen, as Chapter 7 Trustee of the above-captioned estates (the “Trustee”), and Southern Management Corporation Retirement Trust (“SMCRT”) (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”). SMCRT is a trust that was created to manage the pension funds of employees and officers of Southern Management Corporation.
