The petition in this ease states that the plaintiff, Ella M. Glemser, was eighteen years of age on the 23rd day of September, 1895, and that Thekla M. Glemser is a minor, aged thirteen years; that said plaintiffs and the defendant Charles E. Glemser are children of Frederick Glemser, deceased, who died on the 19th day of April, 1882; that Frederick Glemser left a will, which was duly probated by the probate court of this county, on the 26th day of April, 1882; that the defendant, Marie Glemser, is the widow of Frederick Glemser; that the defendant, Charles E.
