These are companion proceedings in mandamus, in one of which the petitioner is the Board of Trustees of the Policemen’s Pension or Relief Fund of the City of Huntington, a corporation, and in the other the petitioner is the Board of Trustees of the Firemen’s Pension or Relief Fund of the City of Huntington, a corporation.
