FEINBERG, District Judge.
Defendants move under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to transfer this action to the Western District of Missouri. The present action is a consolidation of three stockholders’ suits brought derivatively on behalf of United Funds, Inc. (“United”), a mutual investment fund, and representatively on behalf of United’s stockholders. Two of the three suits were commenced in August 1960, and the third in September 1963.
