Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), rendered June 25, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

The defendant was charged in a three-count indictment, with murder in the second degree under Penal Law § 125.25 (1) (intentional murder), murder in the second degree under Penal Law § 125.25 (3) (felony murder), and burglary in the second degree (Penal Law § 140.25).
