The State’s right to appeal a jail credit determination following the revocation of probation and the execution of a stayed sentence arises by necessary implication from the State’s express right to appeal a probation revocation decision under Minnesota Rule of Criminal Procedure 27.04, subdivision 3(4)(a). Affirmed.
