| ,Shanda Allen appeals from the termination of her parental rights to her daughter, A.L., who was born on November 14, 2007. We affirm.

DHS took emergency custody of A.L. on June 18, 2008, when her parents were arrested on drug charges.1 The police found a drug pipe and hypodermic needles in the home and methamphetamine on the father. Appellant was arrested for obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia. The father’s drug test was positive for amphetamines, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
