OPINION GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3)

This matter is before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3). A hearing was held on August 14, 2007 and, at the close of proofs, the matter was taken under advisement. Having fully considered the facts and the law, and for the reasons stated in this Opinion, the Trustee’s Motion is granted.
