This cause is before us on plaintiff-appellant’s motion for an injunction pending appeal. Plaintiff-appellant, Eastern Greyhound Lines, is a common carrier operating out of Cleveland, Ohio. Defendant-appellee, Fusco, is the Regional Director for the Eighth Region of the National Labor Relations Board.
