MEMORANDUM & ORDER

SAFFELS, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. After reviewing the briefs, we believe oral argument is not necessary.

This is an action brought by the heirs of William Coates to recover group accidental death benefits under the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance Program issued by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
