MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

In this case, the defendants have moved for summary judgment. The plaintiff filed suit because of the alleged failure of the defendant to pay a brokerage commission for the sale of an inn located in Groton. The defendants argue that they are entitled to summary judgment because §20-325a of the General Statutes bars the claim.
