Mark B. Wessman and Mary Wessman Stenbach are the adult children of Ger-maine G. Wessman and were named as *403beneficiaries on their mother’s application for life insurance from appellee, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. The Wessmans appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment for the insurance company, contending that the district court erred in holding that a signed Statement as to Insurability was required for the insurance policy to be fully effective.
