hThe defendant, Kevin Ray Fisher, was found guilty as charged of two counts of armed robbery with a firearm and given concurrent sentences of 27 ½ years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Asserting that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress, in allowing other crimes evidence, and in imposing an excessive sentence, the defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence.
