This action was brought by Deaton Truck Dines, Inc., an Alabama corporation, to recover damages to its truck and trailer growing out of a collision with an automobile owned by J. E. Hemrick and driven by C. A. Dittle which occurred on March 11, 1944, on the highway between Green-ville and Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dittle and Hemrick were employed by The Bahnson Company, a North Carolina corporation.
