OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

In October, 1979, plaintiff-appellant filed her complaint in the Circuit Court for Davidson County, Tennessee, and sought an absolute divorce from defendant, custody of the parties’ two minor children, child support, alimony, and attorneys’ fees. Defendant answered denying all material allegations of plaintiff’s complaint and also filed a counter-complaint in which he sought an absolute divorce and custody of the parties’ minor children.
