— Arlene M. Saville brought this action against Allison W. Saville to obtain an annulment of their marriage, upon the ground of fraud. An order of default was obtained, and, after hearing, a decree of annulment was entered. The prosecuting attorney of King county appeals. Respondent wife has not filed a brief in this court.
