Adams, Judge.
Peggy Adams appeals from the trial court’s order granting Marsha Hebert’s motion to dismiss Adams’ notice of appeal. We affirm.
After a jury returned a verdict in favor of Adams, the trial court granted Hebert’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and entered judgment in favor of Hebert on March 23, 2005. Adams filed a timely notice of appeal on April 22, 2005, after receiving the trial transcript from the court reporter on April 18,2005.
