— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County (Braatz, J.), rendered January 25, 1984, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
Defendant moved, inter alia, to suppress cocaine and other articles seized from a jeep owned by, and parked on the property of, one Jeffrey Miller, whose residence is close to that of the defendant.
