The plaintiff brought a civil action in Windsor Superior Court against Jarvis & Rice and White Insurance, Inc. d/b/a Connecticut Valley Insurance Associates; Union Mutual Fire Insurance Company; Vermont Mutual Insurance Company; New England Guaranty Insurance Company; Hartford Fire Insurance Company; Northern Security Insurance Company; Granite Mutual Insurance Company; and Green Mountain Insurance Company.
