Lowe, III, J.), entered January 27, 1995, which granted the *602motion of defendant New York City Housing Authority (Authority) for partial summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs cause of action for conscious pain and suffering, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion is denied, and the cause of action reinstated.
