Memorandum opinion and order amending final decree: Final decree of divorce was entered on July 7, 1964. The decree declared that the child “bom during the marriage” was not the lawful child of the plaintiff and that he was not obligated for its support. To this extent, the decree is in error. The defendant has timely moved to set aside or modify the final decree. The parties have filed written memoranda and have presented oral arguments.
