This is an appeal in a workmen’s compensation case wherein the respondent seeks to reverse a judgment of the district court awarding compensation to the dependents of a deceased workman.. The substantive questions presented are whether there is substantial competent evidence in the record to sustain the trial court’s findings that: (a) The respondent (appellant) on the date of the fatal accident was subject to the workmen’s compensation act; and (b) the decedent contributed his entire earnings to the support of the family, where the…
