This is a suit for personal injuries and property damage resulting from the collision of two motor vehicles on Missouri Highway 17 at the north end of the bridge over the Big Piney River about two and one-half miles north of Houston, Texas County, Missouri. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants in the sum of $20,845.47 from which the plaintiff voluntarily remitted $595.47 and judgment was entered for $20,250.
