PER CURIAM: *

Lawrence Edler, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis (“IFP”), appeals the dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action seeking compensatory damages and in- junctive relief for civil rights violations that he claims occurred during his confinement at Hockley County Jail. He alleges that he was denied constitutionally adequate medical care and that officers used excessive force and discriminated against him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).
