MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Presently before this court is the Rule 12(b) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Improper Venue or, in the Alternative, to Transfer Venue Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 filed by Defendant Donald Bruce Henderson, Jr. (Doc. 13).
