MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ARLANDER KEYS, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiffs represent a class of purchasers of a Ten-Year Treasury Note futures contract. The suit, brought pursuant to Section 22(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), 7 U.S.C. § 25(a), alleges that Defendants manipulated the price of the contract in violation of Section 9(a) of the Act, 7 U.S.C. § 13(a).
