This is a copyright infringement dispute between PaySys International, Inc. (“Pay-Sys”) and defendants Atos Se, Worldline SA (“Worldline”) and Atos IT Services Ltd. (“Atos IT”) regarding CardPac, a computer program owned by PaySys. Now before the Court is defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment. (EOF No. 201.)
