delivered the unanimous Opinion of the Court:

The plaintiffs own and hold a judgment against S. Dibble Moss and seek in this action to subject the interest acquired by him under the will of his mother, Erances Agnes Moss, to the payment of said judgment. The construction of this will is now before this Court for the second time. Certain paragraphs of the will are reported in the previous decision of this Court (203 S. C., 137, 26 S. E.
