On May 19, 1911, plaintiff filed, in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, its bill in equity, as a judgment creditor, to set aside and cancel certain conveyances, which it is claimed, constituted a cloud on its title to the real estate hereafter mentioned, or to have said judgment declared a first and prior lien on said real estate.
