DE HAVEN, District Judge.
These actions were consolidated and tried together. All of the libelants, except Bredesen, in March, 1903, shipped on the Bowhead for a whaling voyage in the Arctic and Pacific Oceans, upon stated lays. The voyage was not to exceed 36 months. The libels allege that the Bowhead was not supplied with lime juice or other anti-scorbutics, that the medicine chest was otherwise insufficiently supplied, and that the master failed to give the libel-ants, during the voyage, their proper share of the food on board the vessel.
