Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kohm, J.), rendered March 29, 1999, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (five counts), attempted robbery in the first degree, rape in the first degree, attempted rape in the first degree (two counts), kidnapping in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
