—In an action, inter alia, for an judgment declaring that the plaintiffs have the right to purchase certain real property, the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dabiri, J.), entered November 1, 2001, as granted those branches of the defendant’s motion which were to dismiss the second, third, and fourth causes of action in the amended complaint, and the defendant cross-appeals from so much of the same order as denied that branch of his motion which was to dismiss the first cause of action in the amended complaint.
