Chief Judge Cooke.

Defendant was convicted, after a jury trial in Suffolk County Court, of 13 counts of grand larceny in the second degree (Penal Law, § 155.35) and 2 counts of grand larceny in the third degree (Penal Law, § 155.30). Subsequently, he was convicted of 36 counts of grand larceny in the second degree and 4 counts of grand larceny in the third degree in a nonjury trial in County Court, Nassau County.
