MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment on its copyright infringement and conversion counterclaims (Doc. 1374) and plaintiffs cross-motion for summary judgment on Xerox’s copyright infringement and conversion counterclaims (Doc. 1441). After careful consideration of the parties’ briefs and evidentiary material, the court is prepared to rule. For the reasons set forth below, both motions are denied.
